Floral Concierge
Enrollment Form
Everyone has special occasions in
their lives when flowers are sent to friends, family
members, or other acquaintances. Laura Clare has
created the "Floral
Concierge" to assist you in remembering these
special events. The form (found
by clicking this link) identifies some traditional
occasions when you might typically send flowers and
also provides an opportunity for you to add your own
personal events. Once the attached form is completed,
Laura Clare will contact you by email two (2) weeks
prior to the specified date to confirm the recipient's
information, discuss any special requests, and to identify
the content of the accompanying card. Unless advised
otherwise, Laura Clare will forward the requested arrangement/plant
and chocolates per your written request. Once the flowers
and accessories are sent, your credit card (held on
file) will be charged. To get started, kindly complete
the "Billing
Information" section and then complete a separate "Floral
Concierge" form for each recipient.

Sending flowers?
Complete
our Floral Order Form. Upon receipt, we will
contact you to confirm your request and immediately schedule for delivery.
Orders must be received by same day Noon for local deliveries. For international orders, please allow 1-2 business days for delivery.
Our store hours are: Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 AM-5:00 PM Saturday, 10:00 AM -3:00 PM.
